I recently finished up a re-model and office relocation project here at Curtiss Wright in Brecksville and I had the pleasure to meet Jay Nye and his outstanding MST team. Jay’s team was onsite as a result of me working with Frank Turco of Indoff to build 19 new cubicles and setup 2 offices with free standing furniture. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail and care that the team took to complete the job; down to making sure that anything that was to lean against a wall was protected by cardboard as to not blemish the fresh paint. This sounds minor but marks on fresh paint drive me crazy. I wish the other trades that were onsite cared as the MST team did. Jason, the team leader arrived daily and gave me updates on the project and had made a punch list of items needed from the cubicle manufacturer and was in constant contact with Jay. A couple of extremely minor issues came up with cubicle parts but I was told the issue and the solution to that issue all in the same conversation which also impressed me.
I have done several expansion, relocation projects and have had different installation companies onsite in the past and I have never had good things to say about them until this experience. In the past I had to literally follow the crew around and double check everything and then go back and have walls touched up. And when I had to mention issues with the crew all I received were excuses on why it wasn’t right instead of a response on the solution.
In addition to the cubicle installation I had contracted Jay’s team to move all of the belongings (boxes, file cabinets, printers, etc) of our office staff into the renovated office space. The work was completed over two evenings (our choice) and was absolutely flawless. Again, exceeding my expectations!
Sorry to be so long with this e-mail but I really want you to know how impressed I am with your company. MST will definitely be my 1st choice going forward.

I want to commend your men, Paul and Andy for the excellent job they did in the Social Work office, Room D119A at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, in removing partitions and assisting a staff member with moving of office furniture. They performed these tasks in a efficient and timely fashion and were courteous and customer-friendly to our staff.
